党,是当代中国政治术语中使用最频繁的一个词,历史悠久,但今天的“党”字与古代的“党”字的含义不大相同。古代作为政治术语的党,主要是指朋党。而今天的党,则指政党或有别干一般政党的革命党。
The party is the most frequently used term in contemporary Chinese political terms. It has a long history, but the word “party” today does not have the same meaning as the ancient “party”. The party that was used as a political term in ancient times mainly referred to the communist party. Today’s party refers to political parties or revolutionary parties that do not belong to general political parties.
