The conversion of enterprise operating mechanisms, the transformation of government functions, and the formation of market mechanisms have become hot issues for the current efforts to invigorate state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. On these hot issues, Comrade Yuan Baohua made some remarks based on extensive research. The talk adhered to the ideological line of “emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts” and focused on the theme of doing a good job of invigorating large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, summarizing and exploring new experiences and new ideas.
