目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像在肺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:2013年1月-2015年1月期间,选取肺肿瘤患者86例对其行多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像检查。在确诊肿瘤性质以后,将其分为良性肿瘤组和恶性肿瘤组,分析两组间灌注参数的差异,并将恶性肿瘤的灌注参数与肿瘤分化程度相对比。结果:86例患者中恶性肿瘤69例,良性肿瘤17例。恶性肿瘤患者的血容积、表面通透性两项灌注参数与良性肿瘤患者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而血流量、平均通过时间两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT肺灌注成像检查在肺部良性或者恶性肿瘤的诊断具有重要的临床意义,临床上值得广泛应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of lung tumors. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2015, 86 patients with lung cancer were selected for multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging. After the nature of the tumor was confirmed, it was divided into benign tumor group and malignant tumor group. The differences of perfusion parameters between the two groups were analyzed, and the perfusion parameters of malignant tumor were compared with those of tumor. Results: There were 69 malignant tumors and 17 benign tumors in 86 patients. There was significant difference between the two perfusion parameters of blood volume and surface permeability of malignant tumor patients and benign tumor patients (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups in blood flow and average passage time (P> 0.05). Conclusion: MSCT pulmonary perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of benign or malignant lung tumors has important clinical significance, it is widely used in clinical practice.
