高等职业教育的目的是培养社会需求的、服务于企业一线的高技术技能人才,而实训教学是训练学生掌握专业领域的基本知识、基本技能,培养解决实际问题的能力和创新能力的重要手段,也是职业教育与企业岗位相连接的重要环节,因此,构建一套适应高职教育人才培养模式的、与理论教学相辅相成又互为补充的实训教学体系,不仅是提高学生专业素质的要求,更是促进高职教育持续发展和体现高职教育特色的关键。
