近年来,对生物固氮的研究受到各国学者的普遍重视。人们试图从不同的角度来探讨生物固氮的机理,以提高固氮活力,寻找及创造固氮活力高的品种。在近两次国际生物固氮会议上均讨论了有关培育具有高固氮活力的突变种的问题。本试验的目的在于探讨电离辐射对大豆根瘤固氮活力的辐射损伤效应和诱变效应,以便探索培育具有高固氮活力的大豆品种的新途径。
In recent years, the study of biological nitrogen fixation by universal scholars. People try to explore the mechanism of biological nitrogen fixation from different perspectives, in order to enhance nitrogen fixation vitality, to find and create a high nitrogen-fixing varieties. Nearly two international biological nitrogen fixation meeting on the issue of cultivating mutants with high nitrogen fixation activity. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the radiation damage effects and mutagenic effects of ionizing radiation on nitrogen fixation of soybean nodules in order to explore new ways to cultivate soybean varieties with high nitrogen fixation activity.
