作者用稳定描记法及前庭刺激试验对44例慢性酒精中毒终止治疗的病人进行前庭功能检查,病人均为男性,年龄22～54岁,病程1.5～20年。作者将病人中毒程度分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期进行分析,Ⅰ期者24例,Ⅱ期者13例,Ⅲ期者7例;并以111例正常人做对照。结果发现酒精中毒病人的静态平衡机能明显低于健康人(P<0.005);动、静态平衡比值在病人组为1.31±0.019,对照组为1.17±0.008,Ⅰ期
The authors performed vestibular function tests on 44 patients with termination of chronic alcoholism by stable tracing method and vestibular stimulation test. The patients were all male, aged from 22 to 54 years old, with a course of 1.5 to 20 years. The patients were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages according to the degree of poisoning. Among them, 24 cases were stage Ⅰ, 13 cases were stage Ⅱ, 7 cases were stage Ⅲ, and 111 cases were normal controls. The results showed that the static balance function of patients with alcoholism was significantly lower than that of healthy people (P <0.005).
