福建省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第26次会议通过了《福建省公路路政管理条例》。《条例》明确界定了适用范围、各级政府及各级交通主管部门的权限和职责,同时还就公路路产管理、公路两侧建筑控制区管理、公路路容路貌管理、以及对公路监督检查人员执法的监督检查和违反路政管理的法律责任等都作了明确规定,为我省路政管理工作法制化、规范化提供了依据。
