前言 痕迹量的有机化合物对大气和饮用水的污染,直接危害人类的健康,因此受到愈来愈多的重视。近年来世界各国在这方面作了大量探讨研究。 水中有机化合物的分析浓度通常极低,用气相色谱法直接进样分析较为困难,于是往往需要富集。富集的方法有溶剂萃取法,洗提蒸馏法,液上气体分析法及吸附-解吸法。吸附-解吸法中常用的吸附剂有活性炭,多孔聚合物微球(如Tenax)及树脂(如XAD-2)等,而解吸方法用热解吸的多,也可采用溶剂解吸,但不多见。
