阆中市保宁镇农村信用社,地处国定贫困县阆中市区。从1993年以来,该社在信贷管理上,认真围绕“管”、“实”、“敢”、“优”(即:突出一个“管”字,做到一个“实”字,坚持一个“敢”字,注重一个“优”字)四字做文章,收到了较好成效。4年里,共发放贷款8559笔,金额12186万元,不但营运状况良好,实现了“三无”(无逾期、呆滞、呆帐贷款),而且还盘活了历年沉淀贷款356万元。贷款质量有明显提高,到1996年底,各项存款余额已达6047万元,各项贷款余额达3442万元。保宁镇
