修建水库是人类兴水利、除水害的重要手段。病险水库的存在不仅严重影响区域防洪安全,同时也限制了水库效益的正常发挥。为保障水库及区域的防洪安全,充分发挥水库兴利效益,需对病险水库进行除险加固。文章以辽宁省昌图县银河水库为例,对水库除险加固工作的若干关键问题进行研究,着重对主坝、溢洪道、输水洞存在的病险问题进行除险加固设计。
The construction of reservoirs is an important means by which human beings develop water resources and remove water damage. The existence of dangerous reservoirs not only seriously affects flood control safety in the area, but also limits the normal operation of reservoir benefits. In order to ensure the flood control safety of reservoirs and areas and give full play to the benefits of reservoirs, the reservoirs under risk should be reinforced and eliminated. Taking the Galaxy Reservoir in Changtu County of Liaoning Province as an example, this paper studies some key problems of reservoir reinforcement and reinforcement work and focuses on the design of reinforcement and elimination of the existing dangerous problems in the main dam, spillway and water conveyance tunnel.
