迄今,有关口服避孕药对人类宫颈粘液中游离脂肪酸的影响尚无报道,本文作了这方面的研究。材料和方法9位妇女的年龄在20~22岁之间,宫颈粘液取自3位正常妇女,2位服G-Quens,2位服Ovulen~(21)和2位用Ovral避孕药者,用不带针头的1毫升结核菌素针筒从颈管内抽取宫颈粘液,系统地观察几个周期,从每天标本中提取脂质以测游离脂肪酸的总量,为了研究整个周期(5~27天)游离脂肪酸的组成,按周期天数将标本与氯仿—甲醇(2:1v/v)混合保存于4℃中,并将标本混合放在氮气4℃
Up to now, there is no report on the effect of oral contraceptives on free fatty acids in human cervical mucus. This article has done some researches in this field. MATERIALS AND METHODS Nine women aged 20 to 22 years old, cervical mucus taken from 3 normal women, 2 G-Quens, 2 Ovulen ~ 21 and 2 Ovral contraceptives were treated with A 1 ml tuberculin syringe without a needle was used to extract cervical mucus from the neck and observed for several cycles systematically.
