本文介绍一种新的确定E值的计算方法,与通常采用的绘分配曲线求E值方法相比,准确度高,工作量小,现已被实际采用。
In this paper, a new method to determine the value of E is introduced. Compared with the commonly used methods to find the value of E, the method has the advantages of high accuracy and small workload, and has been actually adopted.
