为探寻提高油橄榄果实品质的管理措施,在昆明市海口林场1964年从阿尔巴尼亚引种的油橄榄园中,以自然生长佛奥为对照,实施灌溉、施肥、喷施植物生长调节剂、人工授粉等单项或组合调控处理,比较分析各处理的油橄榄果实性状、果实含油率及脂肪酸成分。结果表明,与对照相比,所有调控处理对油橄榄果实大小、果实质量、含油率、十六碳烯酸相对含量都有一定的促进作用,并降低了亚油酸和多不饱和脂肪酸相对含量;水肥调控可极显著提高果肉率。
