当前社会主义新时期的重要课题之一在于对农村文化建设进行加强的同时,实现群众文化功能的充分发挥。文化,从字面上也可以直接看出,就是以文化人。充分发挥文化的功能和作用,不仅是为了对科学发展观进行树立和落实,同时是对社会主义新农村建设中全面建设小康社会的内在要求,对和谐社会的构建有重要意义。本文主要对乡镇新农村文化建设策略进行探讨。
One of the important topics in the new period of current socialism lies in strengthening the cultural construction in rural areas and at the same time realizing the full development of the mass cultural functions. Culture, literally can also be seen directly, that is, cultural people. Give full play to the function and role of culture, not only to establish and implement the scientific concept of development, but also to build an overall well-to-do society in building a new socialist countryside and to build a harmonious society of great significance. This paper mainly discusses the strategy of building a new rural culture in towns and villages.
