目的:分析我国医院传染病工作落实情况,探讨传染病监控管理防医院感染的措施。方法:通过分析目前国内医院传染病监控管理工作存在的不足,制定相应的措施,加强传染病监控管理,预防医院感染。结果:大多数医院传染病临床监控工作缺乏健全的监管组织;缺乏传染病的宣传教育,监控传染病预防医院感染的意识差;缺乏建立健全的规章制度。结论:建立健全医院传染病监控系统,加强传染病宣传教育和传染病患者管理,完善管理制度,保障传染病监控工作的落实对预防医院感染具有重要的意义。
Objective: To analyze the implementation of infectious diseases in hospitals in our country, and to explore the measures to prevent and control the infection of infectious diseases in hospitals. Methods: By analyzing the existing problems in the surveillance and management of infectious diseases in domestic hospitals, we have formulated corresponding measures to strengthen the monitoring and management of infectious diseases and prevent hospital infection. Results: Most of the clinical monitoring of infectious diseases in hospitals lacks a sound regulatory organization; the lack of publicity and education on infectious diseases; the poor awareness of infectious diseases monitoring and prevention of nosocomial infections; and the lack of establishing sound rules and regulations. Conclusion: It is of great significance to establish and improve the monitoring and control system for infectious diseases in hospitals, strengthen the management of infectious diseases, publicity and education of infectious diseases and the management of infectious diseases, improve the management system, and ensure the implementation of surveillance and control of infectious diseases.
