综合业务无线个人通信系统（ＩＳＲＰＣＳ）将与信息高速公路并存且会使其无限延伸。本文从ＩＳＲＰＣＳ业务需求出发，介绍了该系统设计应着重考虑的一些问题及传输体制，对无线介质可能采用的两种物理层，一种媒体入口控制和数据链作了较为详细的介绍。
