本文选取山西某大学学生为研究对象,通过调查得出影响其顾客满意度的主要因素,并根据结论提出提高学生对农业银行顾客满意度的相关建议。
In this paper, a university student in Shanxi Province is selected as the research object, and the main factors affecting its customer satisfaction are obtained through investigation. Based on the conclusion, some suggestions are put forward to improve the students’ satisfaction with the Bank.
