职业教育特点决定了高职院校教师需具有“双师”素质。通过分析高职院校“双师”素质教师队伍存在的问题,提出高职院校应创新校企合作途径与方式,加强完善青年教师培养机制,建立在职教师下企业轮训制度,深化企业兼职教师培训,校企联动建设项目化团队,共建“双师”素质教师队伍。
The characteristics of vocational education determine that the teachers in higher vocational colleges need to have “double division” quality. By analyzing the existing problems of “double teacher” quality teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should innovate the ways and ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen the training mechanism of young teachers, establish the system of enterprise training of teachers under in-service teachers and deepen the enterprises Part-time teacher training, school-enterprise linkage construction project team, build “double division” quality teachers.
