目的探讨对于牙根发育完成的外伤冠折露髓牙使用Vitapex预防性控制根吸收的临床疗效。方法对92颗牙根发育完成的冠折露髓牙按就诊奇偶顺序随机分为预防性使用Vitapex治疗组和常规治疗组,通过临床症状及根尖片判断疗效。结果预防性使用Vitapex治疗组与对照组进行牙齿松动度及X线根尖片对比分析,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);叩诊对比检查,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论外伤恒前牙使用Vitapex预防性控制根吸收疗效好,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Vitapex prophylactic control of root resorption in the treatment of tooth root defects. Methods Coronary open pulp teeth of 92 root development were randomly divided into prophylactic Vitapex treatment group and conventional treatment group according to the order of their treatment. Symptoms and root tips were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results Preventive use of Vitapex treatment group and control group for dental mobility and X-ray analysis of root canal radiographs, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); percussion contrast examination, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Vitapex prophylactic control of root resorption in the treatment of traumatic anterior teeth is effective and worth promoting.
