提出了一个研究36°YX-LiTaO3基片短路金属栅中SH型声表面波在金属短路栅中传播时频散特性的理论方法,即根据陈东培和H.A.Haus理论,利用压电晶体中的变分原理和SH型表面波COM模型分析了栅阵中SH型声表面波的传播特性。该方法不需使用复杂的Green′s function,其理论分析结果与Hashimoto有限元程序运算结果一致。这为压电晶体基片中SH型声表面波在金属短路栅阵中传播特性的研究开辟了一条新的途径。
A theoretical method to study the dispersion characteristics of SH-type surface acoustic waves propagating in a metal short-circuit grid in a 36 ° YX-LiTaO3 short-circuit metal grid is presented. According to Chen Dongpei and HA Hass theory, Principle and SH surface wave COM model analysis of the SH array SAW propagation characteristics. The method does not need to use complex Green’s function, the theoretical analysis results are consistent with the results of Hashimoto finite element program. This opens up a new way for the study of the propagation characteristics of SH-type SAW in metal short-circuit array in piezoelectric crystal substrate.
