用两种在体实验法,即肠腔单向灌注法和十二指肠一次注入门静脉取血法研究全身一次~(60)Co γ线照射后,大鼠小肠酪氨酸吸收率的改变。结果表示,照后第3天,吸收率下降最明显,但从第5天开始即逐渐回升,直到30天时,吸收率已基本恢复到正常水平。这表明,低剂量全身γ线一次照射后,大鼠小肠对酪氨酸的吸收率仅有暂时性下降,第5天即开始恢复,这与小肠粘膜的迅速修复有关。随着照射剂量的加大,酪氨酸的吸收率下降更明显。大鼠小肠酪氨酸吸收的变化与照射剂量有关。
The changes of tyrosine absorption rate of small intestine in rats were studied by two kinds of in vivo experimental methods, ie, intestinal unidirectional perfusion and single injection of portal vein into the duodenum. The results showed that on the 3rd day after irradiation, the absorption rate dropped most obviously, but gradually rose from the 5th day until 30 days, the absorption rate has basically returned to normal level. This shows that the low dose of whole body gamma ray irradiation, the tyrosine absorption rate of the small intestine of rats only temporarily decreased, began to recover on the 5th day, which is related to the rapid repair of small intestinal mucosa. With the increase of irradiation dose, the decrease of tyrosine absorption rate is more obvious. Intestinal tyrosine absorption changes in rats and irradiation dose.
