Alternaria brassicae(白菜黑斑病)、A. brassicicola(甘兰黑斑病)和A. raphani(萝卜黑斑病)是种传率较高的三种蔬菜病害。其为害特点都表现在降低种子的质量,幼苗早期枯死,最后直接影响蔬菜的产量与质量。 早期室内检定,可有针对性的对病种进行预防处理,从而达到经济、安全和有效的防治目的。 材料与方法 准备吸管、吸水纸、镊子,培养皿(直径10cm),无菌水或蒸馏水,普通解剖镜,显微镜各一架。
Alternaria brassicae (cabbage black spot disease), A. brassicicola (black spot disease) and A. raphani (radish black spot disease) are three vegetable diseases with higher seed transmission rates. The damage characteristics are manifested in reducing the quality of seeds, seedlings dead early, and finally directly affect the yield and quality of vegetables. Early laboratory test can be targeted for the prevention of disease treatment, so as to achieve economic, safe and effective prevention and treatment purposes. Materials and Methods Prepare a pipette, blotting paper, tweezers, petri dish (10 cm in diameter), sterile or distilled water, an ordinary dissecting microscope and a microscope.
