党务监督是加强党建工作管理的制度性要求。然而在基层实施过程中操作不规范,不能实现有效监督的情况还是一个带有普遍性的问题。成都市锦江区委结合社区实际,出台了《社区党务监督工作规程》,从监督内容、监督实施、监督纪律等方面入手,加强社区党务监督工作的制度化、规范化。他们的具体做法有三,值得借鉴。
