以 4个陆地棉隐性核不育系和 2个海岛棉品种为试材 ,按 NC 设计 ,对陆地棉隐性核不育系在陆海杂种优势中的利用进行了研究。结果表明 ,多数组合皮棉产量具有中亲优势 ,最大达到 1 7.1 %。单株铃数、子指具有明显的中亲优势 ,而衣分、铃重的中亲优势为较大的负值。与陆地棉对照相比 ,全部组合均明显减产。配合力分析表明 ,铃重、衣分、子指、衣指、纤维伸长率和马克隆值主要受基因加性效应控制 ,而皮棉产量、单株铃数、单株果枝数、2 .5%跨距长度和比强度同时受基因加性和非加性效应作用 ,双 56和抗 A1是两个较好的不育系
Based on NC design, 4 Upland sterile line and 2 island cotton cultivars were used to study the utilization of Upland cotton in land-sea heterosis. The results showed that most combinations of lint yield had a mid-parent advantage, reaching a maximum of 7.11%. Number of bolls per plant, sub-fingers have obvious advantages in the pro-parent, and clothing points, bell weight of the parental advantage for the larger negative value. Compared with upland cotton control, all the combinations were significantly reduced. Combining ability analysis showed that boll weight, lint percentage, index finger, index finger, fiber elongation and micronaire value were mainly controlled by gene additive effect, while lint yield, number of bolls per plant, number of fruit branch per plant, % Span length and specific intensity at the same time by gene additive and non-additive effects, double 56 and anti-A1 are two better sterile lines
