本刊今年第四期发表了《农村中医临床经验有奖征文启事》以后,在各方面引起了反响,这是令人高兴的。在今天的中国,要办什么事情,都要考虑到八亿农民这个基本国情。最近,文教、科技等许多部门,在安排工作的时候,都在想到如何更好地为农村服务。卫生部长崔月犁同志指出,在实行“六五”计划的后三年,全国卫生工作的重点要放在基层,放在八亿农民身上。这是十分正确的。看来,还不仅仅是这三年。本刊举办这次征文,意在为提高农村中医的临床水平起些促进作用,从而使他们更好地为保护农村劳动力服务,而保护农村劳动力和提高农业生产力是一致的。我国农业生产的发展潜力还很大,为完成党在新时期的总任务,各行各业都应该为发展农业生产力作出应有的贡献。中医战线也同样如此。
After the publication of the fourth issue of this year’s “Prize for Publications on the Clinical Experience of Rural TCM,” it aroused great repercussions in all aspects. This is a great pleasure. In today’s China, what should be done must take into account the basic national conditions of 800 million peasants. Recently, many departments such as arts, education, science and technology have come to think of how to better serve their rural areas when arranging their work. Minister of Health Cui Yueli pointed out that in the three years following the implementation of the “Sixth Five-Year Plan”, the focus of health work in the entire country should be placed at the grassroots level on 800 million peasants. This is very correct. It seems not only these three years. The publication of this essay aims to promote the clinical level of traditional Chinese medicine in rural areas so that they can better serve the protection of rural labor force while protecting the rural labor force and increasing agricultural productivity. The potential for agricultural development in our country is still huge. In order to complete the party’s overall task in the new era, all walks of life should make due contributions to the development of agricultural productivity. The same is true of Chinese medicine front.
