The invention provides a new method for selecting industrial hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene. It is proved that the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene prepolymer contains a very small amount of epoxide genes with different functionalities, which make the mechanical properties of the crosslinked matrix show a great difference.
