Located in the eastern part of Zhejiang Province, Ningbo is the economic center of the South Wing of the Yangtze River Delta and a famous Chinese academician’s hometown. It borders Zhoushan Archipelago to the east and Hangzhou Bay to the north, with separate cities under separate planning.
