鼻衄,又称鼻出血,祖国医学又把鼻衄,血出不止,能出现昏晕等严重现象,称为“鼻洪”以及伤寒证当汗不汗,热盛迫血为衄,往往热随衄解,称为“红汗”等名称,并认为除跌打损伤,肿疡等局部病患引起的鼻衄外,脏腑病变所致的鼻衄,有实证和虚证之分,实证多与肺热,肝火,肺胃积热等有关,虚证则常同肝,肺,肾阴虚和气血两亏等病变相关。笔者根据八纲辨证,自拟鼻衄方治疗鼻衄患者21例,实证,虚证皆用,均获满意疗效,现介绍如下:
