目的:观察探讨青藏高原逆行泪道植管术临床疗效。方法:选取我院自2008年1月～2011年5月收治的泪道阻塞的163例(163眼)实施逆行植入泪道植管手术。结果:用本方法治疗的163眼中,125眼治愈,占82.39%;33眼好转,占8.82%;5眼无效,占6.62%。总有效率约93.79%,无并发症。结论:该手术方法操作简单易行,经济安全可靠,疗效好,特别适合青藏高原等较贫穷落后地区,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of retrograde lacrimal duct and placenta accreta in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Methods: 163 cases (163 eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2011 were retrospectively performed lacrimal duct surgery. Results: Of 163 eyes treated with this method, 125 eyes were cured, accounting for 82.39%; 33 eyes improved, accounting for 8.82%; 5 eyes were ineffective, accounting for 6.62%. The total effective rate of about 93.79%, no complications. Conclusion: The operation method is simple and easy to operate, safe and reliable, with good curative effect. It is especially suitable for poorer and backward areas such as the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is worthy of promotion.
