“两型一化”智能变电站要求变电站建筑按照工业建筑标准、以工业化生产模式设计,采用节能环保材料。本文以国网“两型一化”智能变电站示范工程设计竞赛为背景,探讨轻钢结构在智能化变电站设计中的应用。结合智能化变电站配电综合楼的特点,选型并优化轻型门型刚架体系,通过与传统钢筋混凝土框架结构技术经济比较,得出轻钢结构在智能化变电站应用的优势。
“Two types of a” smart substation substation building in accordance with the requirements of industrial construction standards, industrial design mode of production, the use of energy saving materials. In this paper, the national grid “two types of” intelligent substation demonstration project design competition as the background, to discuss the light steel structure in the intelligent substation design. Combined with the characteristics of intelligent substation distribution complex, the lightweight portal frame system was selected and optimized. Compared with traditional reinforced concrete frame structure, the advantages of light steel structure in intelligent substation application were obtained.
