本案是设计师自己的办公空间。原空间是一个库房,设计师分别对庭院及室内建筑结构进行了改造,改造后的办公空间充分体现了LOFT空间的典型气质。室内原空间高达7米,根据功能需求分别在该空间的南北两端新建了二层空间。改造该空间最大的难点是采光,因原空间南端是库房建筑,窗户较少,致使南侧光线昏暗。设计师通过拆除南侧一间库房改造成室外花园,并将面对花园的墙体改造成大面积的落地窗,以及将西侧的窗户通过降低下端和升高上端的方式和在部分东侧墙面增开窗户,较大程度地改善了整体空间的采光。南侧由于是双面斜坡顶的库房,设计师将其改造成平顶,在二层自然形成一个较大面积的露台,这也是一个颇有特色的休闲区域。
This case is the designer’s own office space.
