目的 :分析研究胸部创伤采取数字放射(DR)诊断的临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年3月腾冲县人民医院行DR检查患有胸部创伤病人87例,对其诊断效果给予分析研究。结果:本文87例病人中,肋骨骨折30例(34.48%);肺部血肿3例(3.44%);肺部萎缩7例(8.05%);肺部挫伤18例(20.68%);创伤性湿肺23例(26.43%)。结论:胸部创伤采取DR诊断,可以使临床漏诊率明显减少,可以使临床诊断准确率明显提高。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of digital radiography (DR) in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods: From February 2013 to March 2014, 87 patients with thoracic trauma were examined by DR in Tengchong County People’s Hospital. The diagnostic results were analyzed. Results: Among the 87 patients, there were 30 cases of rib fracture (34.48%), 3 cases of pulmonary hematoma (3.44%), 7 cases of pulmonary atrophy (8.05%), 18 cases of pulmonary contusion (20.68%), 23 cases of lung (26.43%). Conclusion: The diagnosis of chest trauma with DR can significantly reduce the rate of clinical misdiagnosis, which can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
