First, focus on power grid security, establish a safe production management system that adapts to the power system reform, and strive to ease the shortage of power in the dry period. Second, continue to control the overall situation with strategic management, innovation and development of cloud electricity group in the new power management system development strategy. Third, take the development as the theme, and earnestly ensure that the power grid planning and construction is modestly advanced, so as to build a unified, strong and powerful transmission and distribution network.
