管材供应不足,是当前我国喷灌事业发展过程中的一个突出问题。为了解决这个问题,许多地区和单位自力更生地大量发展非金属管材,如塑料管、石棉水泥管、石管、陶瓷管、渣油管等。由于这些管材在发展过程中还存在一些不足之处,有同志对非金属管材有无发展前途提出疑问。针对这一情况,水电部科技司于1977年11月,组织广东、辽宁、河北、山西等省水科所及河北水利水电学院的同志,用了一个多月的时间,调查了辽宁、吉林、河北、山西、四川、湖北等6省55个单位和部门研制和使用非金属管材的情况。调查结果表明,虽然非金属管材还有某些缺点,有待进一步提高和完善,但是肯定是有发展前途的,特别是在当前钢材缺乏的情况下,是解决我国喷灌管材不足的一个重要途径。为此,特将调查的几种非金属管道情况及对几个问题的分析意见摘要发表,供各地参考。
Inadequate supply of pipes is a prominent issue in the current development of sprinkler irrigation in China. In order to solve this problem, many regions and units have made great efforts to develop non-metallic pipes, such as plastic pipes, asbestos-cement pipes, stone pipes, ceramic pipes and residual pipes, etc., on their own initiative. As these pipes in the development process there are still some shortcomings, some comrades have questions on the development prospects of non-metallic pipe. In response to this situation, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electricity and MEP, in November 1977, organized more than a month’s work with provincial water conservancy institutes in Hebei, Liaoning, Hebei, Shanxi and Hebei Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower, Hebei, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hubei and other six provinces 55 units and departments to develop and use of non-metallic pipe. The survey results show that although there are some shortcomings of non-metallic pipe, to be further improved and improved, but it certainly has a promising future, especially in the current lack of steel is an important way to solve the problem of sprinkler pipe shortage in our country. To this end, the special investigation of several non-metallic pipelines and analysis of several issues summary of the views published for reference.
