日前,温家宝总理在考察东北三省时,出席了哈尔滨一个企业负责人座谈会。刚一入席,他就声明,包括自己在内,每人发言不准超过10分钟,也不要念稿子,2分钟谈情况,3分钟谈问题,5分钟谈打算。接着他开始掐表,到时他会敲杯叫停,结果赢得大家一片掌声和笑声。读到这则消息,令人感触颇深。这绝非是一件可以等闲视之的小事,而是总理给我们示范了一种非常务实、讲究高效的会风。
Recently, Premier Wen Jiabao attended a panel discussion held by a business executive in Harbin while inspecting the three northeastern provinces. At the first sitting, he declared that everyone should not allow more than 10 minutes for speaking, including manuscripts, 2 minutes for talks, 3 minutes for talks and 5 minutes for plans.
