针对传统工业现场温度控制系统存在的复杂性、多样性、分布式特点,将具备灵活性、可移植性、可扩展性的无线网络与传统温度控制系统相结合。运用传统PID与BP神经网络相结合的算法,并结合复合数字滤波法进行软件滤波,开发了一种基于Wi-Fi的无线网络温度控制系统,实现了对分布式复杂工业电阻炉的集中管理与分散控制。其鲁棒性、控制精度和响应速度都满足工业生产现场要求,并且很好地解决了有线控制网络的布线复杂、不易扩展、维护不便等缺陷。
Aiming at the complexity, diversity and distributed characteristics of the traditional industrial field temperature control system, the wireless network with flexibility, portability and expansibility is combined with the traditional temperature control system. Using the traditional PID and BP neural network combined algorithm, combined with composite digital filtering software filtering, developed a Wi-Fi-based wireless network temperature control system to achieve a distributed complex industrial resistance furnace centralized management and Scattered control.
