目的:观察社区医院规范化管理对于糖尿病疗效的影响。方法:选取本社区卫生服务中心100例糖尿病患者,运用随机分组的方法,将100例糖尿病患者平均分成对照组和管理组,两组患者各为50例,对两组患者均开展常规用药治疗,并且继续对管理组糖尿病患者开展社区医院的规范化管理。结果:不管是空腹血糖,还是餐后2小时血糖,管理组患者均低于对照组患者,效果明显,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:通过社区医院的规范化管理,糖尿病治疗效果明显,可以有效改善糖尿病患者血糖情况。
Objective: To observe the effect of standardized management of community hospital on the curative effect of diabetes. Methods: 100 cases of diabetic patients in this community health service center were selected and randomized into groups. 100 cases of diabetic patients were equally divided into control group and management group. The two groups of patients were 50 cases each. Both groups were given routine medication, And continue to regulate the management of community hospitals in diabetic patients in the management group. Results: No matter fasting blood glucose or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, patients in the management group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Through the standardized management of community hospitals, the treatment effect of diabetes is obvious, which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
