格林-巴利综合征(GBS)不经治疗虽可完全恢复,但可能需要18个月。23％患儿恢复不完全,20％患者需要辅助呼吸。近期研究提示静脉免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗儿童重症GBS是安全有效的。本文作者报告在重症GBS患儿中应用IVIG治疗之体会。
Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) can be completely recovered without treatment, but may take 18 months. 23% of children with incomplete recovery, 20% of patients need assisted breathing. Recent studies suggest that intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) is safe and effective in the treatment of severe GBS in children. The authors report on the use of IVIG in children with severe GBS.
