广州铁路分局管辖广东境内的京广、广三两条干线,有职工37000多人,其中党员9882人。近几年来,我们从分局地处广东、毗邻港澳和铁路运输生产的实际出发,坚持不懈地加强党的建设,推动改革开放不断前进。适应改革开放的要求,建设高素质的领导班子随着改革开放的不断深入,对企业领导班子的整体素质要求越来越高。只有坚持在改革开放中不断加强领导班子建设,才能充分发挥企业党组织的政治优势和保证监督作用。为此,我们注意抓好三个环节:
