目的了解西城区托幼机构洗手相关物品污染状况,为加强托幼机构人员手卫生管理提供参考。方法采用分层抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法,对北京市西城区部分托幼机构人员洗手用品(包括洗手用的肥皂盒、水龙头和擦手毛巾)卫生状况进行调查。结果本次调查的9所托幼机构用于洗手的肥皂盒污染严重,细菌污染超标率超过80%;擦手的毛巾细菌污染超标率最低。结论所调查的9所托幼机构洗手用品卫生质量总体较好,但洗手用肥皂盒污染严重,可直接影响洗手效果。
Objective To understand the status of hand-washing related items in kindergartens and nurseries in Xicheng District and to provide references for strengthening hand hygiene management in kindergartens and nurseries. Methods The methods of stratified sampling and random sampling were used to investigate the sanitary conditions of hand-washing products (including hand-washing soap box, faucet and hand towel) of some nurseries in Xicheng District, Beijing. Results In the investigation, the soapboxes used for hand-washing in the nine child-care agencies in this survey were seriously polluted. The exceeding rate of bacterial contamination was over 80%. The highest rate of bactericidal pollution in towels was the lowest. Conclusion The health quality of hand-washing products investigated by the 9 nurseries was generally good, but the hand-washing soap box was seriously polluted and could directly affect the hand-washing effect.
