陈学楚,湖北省蕲春县人。1952年毕业于武汉大学机械系,随即入伍,在空军院校任教50年,从事飞行力学和装备管理工程专业的教学与研究,现为空军工程大学教授。编著的《航空维修工程学》、《现代飞机战伤修理概论》、《装备系统工程》、《维修基础理论》、《现代维修理论》、《装备全系统全寿命管理》等,体现了使用、维修特色。曾获国家级优秀教学成果奖1项,国家级科学技术进步三等奖2项,军队级优秀教学成果奖1项,军队级科学技术进步二等奖3项。被评为空军优秀知识分子、空军军事理论研究人员、空军优秀教学人员标兵、全国优秀教师、首批享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,并被国家人事部授予国家有突出贡献中青年专家,国家教委、国家授予全国高等院校先进科技工作者。
