随着企业的发展和规模的不断扩大,企业管理成为了企业管理者绕不开的一个话题。企业的内部控制是企业管理长期关注的一个方面,内部控制的实现不仅能提高企业的核心竞争力,更能促进企业在行业中占领有利地位。在现阶段,企业要真正加强内部控制,可以从需要从内部控制五要素着手进行探究,进一步提出行之有效的可靠办法。
With the development of enterprises and the continuous expansion of their scale, business management has become a topic that business managers can not get around. The internal control of an enterprise is one aspect of the long-term concern of enterprise management. The realization of internal control can not only improve the core competitiveness of an enterprise, but also promote the advantageous position occupied by the enterprise in the industry. At this stage, enterprises should really strengthen their internal control and proceed from the need of exploring the five elements of internal control to further put forward effective and reliable methods.
