应用植物激素生物试剂法测定了２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸的植物生长调节活性．实验结果表明：２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸明显促进离体黄瓜子叶的生根．离体黄瓜子叶生根法对生长素类具有专一性，说明２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸是植物生长调节剂．
The plant growth regulatory activity of 2-iodobenzeneoxyacetic acid was determined by using phytohormones biological reagent. The experimental results showed that 2-iodobenzeneoxyacetic acid significantly promoted the rooting of cucumber cotyledons in vitro. In vitro cucumber cotyledon rooting method is specific for auxin, indicating that 2-iodobenzene methoxyacetic acid is a plant growth regulator.
