随着社会的发展,科学技术的不断进步,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,那么归根结底还是属于人才的竞争。这些年来社会各大企业对市场营销专业人才的需求量是与日俱增的,这里从每年对各大高校的招聘会上对人才种类的需求量就可以看出,因此,对于高效来说应该实施一些有效的手段培养自己的学生具有高层次的市场营销专业能力,从而满足社会的需要,在竞争中处于优势。以往的传统教学模式和学生的专业实践能力培养满足不了社会的饿需要的条件下,那么如何培养综合能力较高的应届毕业生已经成为我国高校市场营销专业迫在眉睫的事。所以,本文通过对市场营销专业实践教学改革方面的探讨,对其提供有效的策略,为专业人才的培养做出理论依据。
With the development of society, the continuous improvement of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the competition belongs to talent in the final analysis. Over the years, the demand for marketing professionals in major social enterprises has been on the increase. From the annual demand for talent types at major colleges and universities, we can see that some effective measures should be taken for high efficiency The means to cultivate their own students with a high level of marketing expertise, so as to meet the needs of society, in the competitive advantage. In the past, the traditional teaching mode and students’ professional ability to practice can not meet the social needs of the hungry. How to cultivate fresh graduates with high comprehensive ability has become an urgent task in college marketing. Therefore, through the discussion of practical teaching reform in marketing major, this article provides an effective strategy for it and makes a theoretical basis for the cultivation of professionals.
