在当今众多国际政府组织和非正式国际论坛中,“八国集团”已经成为全球治理的中心。作为联合国常任理事国之一的中国,全面了解“八国集团”的机制、运作、内涵、目标以及可能发展趋势是有效参与全球治理的必要前提。本文以加拿大“八国集团”研究史学为蓝本,梳理、廓清该领域的学术史,旨在推动学术界对“八国集团”的研究,并力图为中国政府熟悉“八国集团”机制和探讨参与路径提供可能的路标。
In many international governmental organizations and informal international forums today, the G-8 has become the center of global governance. As a permanent member of the United Nations, China fully understands the mechanism, operation, connotation, goals and possible trends of the “G-8” as a necessary precondition for effective participation in global governance. Based on Canada ’s “G8” history of research, the paper sort out and clarify the academic history in this field, aiming to promote academic research on the “G8” and strive to familiarize the Chinese government with the “G8” Mechanisms and explore ways to participate in the road to provide possible signs.
