应用社会研究方法对青岛市城区419名1~88岁居民的营养状况及行为进行了调查,结果发现居民营养状况和行为与社会经济因素之间存在相关关系。不同经济收入的人群营养状况、膳食消费模式和择食动机均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。经济收入越高,营养状况越好,膳食消费构成越复杂。人群日常生活择食动机与消费模式随经济收入和受教育程度的增加趋于合理。本次结果为今后制订营养计划,更广泛地开展营养教育工作提供了科学依据。
Using the social research method to investigate the nutritional status and behavior of 419 residents aged from 1 to 88 in Qingdao City, the results showed that there was a correlation between nutritional status and behavior of residents and socio-economic factors. There were significant differences in nutritional status, dietary consumption patterns and choice motivation between groups with different economic income (P <0.05). The higher the economic income, the better the nutritional status, the more complex the dietary consumption. Motivation and consumption patterns of daily life in population tend to be reasonable with the increase of economic income and education level. The results provide a scientific basis for formulating nutrition plans in the future and carrying out nutrition education more extensively.
