采用静水法,用高锰酸钾、二溴海因、CuSO4+FeSO4合剂(5:2)、敌百虫、阿维菌素、二氧化氯共6种常见水产药品对体长(5.73±1.50)cm、体重(2.00±0.32)g的日本黄姑鱼(Nibea japonica)幼鱼进行了急性毒性试验,得出6种药品对其24、48、96h的半致死浓度,高锰酸钾为1.37、1.26、1.24mg/L,二溴海因为10.59、8.61、7.86mg/L,CuSO4+FeSO4合剂为2.57、1.76、1.43mg/L,敌百虫为1.72、1.43、1.18mg/L,阿维菌素为0.30、0.23、0.19mg/L,二氧化氯为3.34、2.81、1.67mg/L;6种药物的安全浓度依次为0.12、0.79、0.14、0.12、0.02、0.17mg/L。
Body length (5.73 ± 1.50) was measured by hydrostatic method with 6 common aquatic drugs, such as potassium permanganate, dibromohydrin, CuSO4 + FeSO4 mixture (5: 2), trichlorfon, avermectin and chlorine dioxide ) cm and weight (2.00 ± 0.32) g of juvenile Japanese niloticus (Nibea japonica) were tested for acute toxicity. The results showed that the median lethal concentrations of six drugs at 24,48,96h and potassium permanganate were 1.37 , 1.26,1.24mg / L, dibromohai 10.59,8.61,7.86mg / L, CuSO4 + FeSO4 mixture 2.57,1.76,1.43mg / L, trichlorfon 1.72,1.43,1.18mg / L, Avi 0.30,0.23,0.19mg / L, chlorine dioxide was 3.34,2.81,1.67mg / L; the safe concentration of 6 kinds of drugs followed by 0.12,0.79,0.14,0.12,0.02,0.17mg / L.
