根据胡锦涛同志在7.23重要讲话中的精神,我们得出这样一个结论,构建和谐企业对整个社会的发展有重要意义,而要构建和谐企业,必须要加强企业基层党组织建设。基层党组织在企业中占据着重要地位,它是联系企业党组织和企业员工的重要桥梁,企业党组织对企业的经营活动和各项重大决策都有着非常重要的影响,因此,加强企业基层党组织建设是十分必要的。我们必须认清基层党组织在构建和谐企业中的角色定位,只有这样才能充分发挥基层党组织在构建和谐企业中的优势和作用。本文主要分析了基层党组织在构建和谐企业中要发挥政治核心作用,基层党组织在企业生产经营活动中“把关人”和监督者的作用以及基层党组织在企业政工工作中独特的“凝聚”作用。
