我们成功的抢救1例电击伤心跳、呼吸骤停27分钟的患者,现报告如下: 杜某,男,32岁。患者于1983年6月4日17时30分,在施工打夯中,左手不慎触到380伏高压电,持续约30秒钟。当即意识丧失,呼吸、心跳停止。于17时45分送我院。检查:全身青紫,皮肤潮湿,无局部烧灼伤,心跳、呼吸停止,瞳孔散大,对光反射消失,心电图示窦性停搏。诊断:电击伤心跳,呼吸骤停。当即胸外按压,心内注射三联针,气管内插
