钒的毒性早为人们所了解.国外对钒接触人员的观察始于1912年,Dufton首先描述了钒中毒症状.随后钒对人的毒作用被大量研究资料所证实。因此许多国家相继制订了车间空气钒的卫生标准.其中美国劳工部职业安全与卫生暑(OSHA)1974年确定了修订后的V_2O_5阈限值(TLV)粉尘0.5mg/m~3,烟气0.1mg/m~3;苏联最高容许浓度(MAC)粉尘0.5mg/m~3,烟气0.1mg/m~3;我国现行MAC粉尘0.5mg/m~3,烟气0.1mg/m~3.
The virulence of vanadium is well known in the world.Observation of vanadium exposure in foreign countries began in 1912 when Dufton first described the symptoms of vanadium poisoning and the subsequent toxic effects of vanadium on humans were confirmed by a large body of research data. Therefore, many countries have successively formulated the hygiene standards for vanadium in the workplace, including the revised V2O5 threshold (TLV) dust 0.5mg / m ~ 3 and OSG 0.1 mg / m ~ 3; the maximum allowable concentration of the Soviet Union 0.5mg / m ~ 3, flue gas 0.1mg / m ~ 3; the current MAC dust 0.5mg / m ~ 3, flue gas 0.1mg / m3.
